VOGATI & VOGATRONIX products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we may provide:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund (where applicable)

Coverage applies only to defects caused by manufacturing faults and not misuse or external factors.

Warranty Period

Warranty duration varies by product and is defined on the product packaging, manual, or sales invoice.

Repaired or replaced parts continue under the remaining warranty period or a minimum of 3 months, whichever is longer.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Improper installation or operation
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Consumable parts (batteries, filters, coatings, etc.)

• Proof of purchase

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOGATI & VOGATRONIX are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
